There are more #43Leaves pieces, it is an ongoing thing, there must have been over 3000 leaves left out there now over the last dozen or so years. Three more were left hanging around Hoxton or Shoreditch or whichever bit of East London Brick Lane, Redchurch Street and such happen to be in. The pieces are as always, painted on found unwanted recycled material picked up off the street, that is an important part of these pieces, these leaves left are about the things we waste and the resources we all take for granted These leaves are also about engagement, about art existing outside galleries and the egos of curators, art existing on the street, art existing without a price ticket…
