#365ArtDrops Part 31/365 – A piece painted on a found piece of hardwood that a builder had thrown in a skip. Now hanging outside a chip shop in East London and waiting to be taken should anyone wish to do so. Part 30 also went out today, a second piece painted on a blue vinyl seven inch single that is now keeping an East London daffodil happy.
Meanwhile people on social media report part 23 and part 27 have found homes, people are posting photos on Facebook.. “#365ArtDrops part 23/365, we found it on Shoreditch high street Saturday 24th evening walking home from bagel shop in brick lane!! Thanks Sean Worrall!! living nicely next to our cat woman on our wall”
This is partly about the interaction and the pleasure of painting on something that was unwanted, thrown out, cost me nothing, putting it back out there without any of it being about a sale or money… thanks Julia and everyone who is interacting and posting photos of the pieces….
