A painting concluded in February, noew with an added apple, it was demanding an apple. A piece that has been evolving all year, in need some fruit. There’s a excellent apple tree at the end of Poyser Street, Bethnal Green here in East London. This apple was picked last Autumn, still looking well here in the studio. The painting is once again on a found, #recycled canvas, it was found on an East London street with very little painted on it. Many layers of stripes have now been painted on it. And now added to the shop, for that is the place for apples.
