sw_day126_3

126/365 – Fresh Leaf Growth, May 6th Fresh growth, new layers, leaves and the ongoing notion of a smaller painting brought to a completed conclusion on every single day of 2017. On day 126, a 126th piece, acrylic, spray paint, brushwork, varnish on recycled hardboard, 12cm x 32cm

Fresh growth, new layers, leaves and the ongoing notion of a smaller painting brought to a completed conclusion on every single day of 2017. The notion goes on, yesterday was day 133, today’s, painting 134 is over there waiting to be photographed in the cold (day) light of tomorrow morning.  Some of these pieces are to be found via the Cultivate on-line shop, some them found hanging on the street, some of them are waiting until the next exhibition or maybe the forthcoming Art Car Boor Fair or maybe just left out there in the undergrowth…..

EIGHT PIECES OF GROWTH

Eight new pieces finished (if indeed a piece ever is?) in the early spring sunshine of today. Eight pieces painted at the same time.

SEAN WORRALL – EIGHT PIECES OF GROWTH –  Each one 20x20cm, a growth of  acrylic, spray paint, elements of screen print on the actual painting, marker pen on canvas. Feb 2015.  A series of eight small layered original painted canvas pieces all painted together over the last few months…  Each piece numbered, signed on the back.

All eight pieces are now available via the Cultivate on-line shop.

The year of the car park, growth left in Liverpool and…

Some growth left in a car park in Liverpool (it was there before Mr Turk parked his car), 2014 has mostly been about car parks, car parks have been far more exciting in terms of art venues and exciting events than the more “conventional” galleries. Rather pleased to say it looks like it will carry on with the 2015 Chinese Open happening down on Level minus seven of that gloriously brutal underground multistory car park in Soho, deepest West End of London. All happens in February 2015, more about it closer to the date…

JAN 25th 2014 – Fresh leaf growth and an old (red) Italian shoe on an sticky fingered Andy Warhol Rolling Stones cover….

Some of these new pieces of leaf growth and vinyl can be found in the Cultivate on-line shop should your ginger be feeling sticky I has to be a record sleeve or a piece of vinyl that means something (unless it happens to be something that is found in the street like that pink vinyl 7″ that was found lying on street after Broadway Market had closed a couple of weeks ago. These sleeves contain pieces on vinyl that are either scratched or damage beyond play or in the case of some of the old ORG releases, things that no one wants anymore…
