Start of September, some days still feel like Summer, some don’t, the leaves haven’t gone red yet, the leaves are still about, the leaving of leaves not so much. There are new paintings, lots of work in progress that isn’t ready to be posted yet, will it ever? I’m here to paint, not to create content.
We are less than two weeks away from this year’s Art Car Boot Fair at Kings Cross, this year’s theme is Comedy and the Comic, I don’t really do comedy, there’s nothing funny about art, and frankly, with all that going on right now in Gaza and such, I’m not laughing much these days. I have been painting apples on old newspapers….
The 2025 Art Car Boot Fair is just 11 days away now – Earlybird tickets are (still) on sale now via the Fair’s website (do make sure you look at the Earlybird ticket option just underneath the regular tickets, earlybird tickets are £10, while £5 tickets that get you in later/cheaper are a little further down the page).
Previously on the Organ pages

There are still new Ten paintings energing, paintings always on the same size 10cm square canvas, always sold for just £10. There are bigger paintings, there’s probably a painting of a comedy banana skin around here somwhere (no not really),

Actually there are still leaves being left, this one, left last week was the 114th of this year, and I count it as well over 3000 leaves left hanging around for people to just take by now. Where have they all gone?

It goes on, there’s nothing funny about art….
