The striped paintings have been unfolding, the stars have been falling off the stripes, I admit I don’t know much about Joe but please America, get rid of Trump before his destruction and his poison destroys us all, we can already see it over here. The painting is on a found canvas, a canvas thrown in a Hackney skip, not even the recycling skip, it had a half finished painting on it, I;d far rather painting on a recycled canvas than a new one, I’d rather re-use. I have several found canvases waiting for attention here, attention or repair, I do like the idea of America, I do like the art, the culture, the pop, the fins, I don’t like what I see now, and I don’t like it here either. “Love this painting its pure visceral” said Johny Brown, he of Band of Holy Joy, I like that he said that.
