A new painting concluded today, November 1st, two days before the U.S Election, as we watched the news and the madness of his Twitter feeds, the coverage of the US election and the horror of it all. A nod towards pop art and the 15th of a series of paintings that have included a number of Stars and Stripes flavoured pieces painted during these rather strange times. I imagine this is is the last of the Stars and Stripes paintings but then, we’re not expecting things to flow easily with the election this Tuesday are we?
