The still ongoing matter of a daily concluded Ten painting. Today is day 871. Always on a 10cm square canvas, one concluded everyday, not one painted everyday, there are always several pieces in progress at any one time here in the studio, one of which is concluded every day. It all started way back in June 2020, there was never any plan in terms of how long it would go on for, there have now been 871 paintings, well there will have been 871 when I finish today’s painting. Always ten, ten centremetres, ten quid, ten ten. No idea how long this will go on for but I do know all the Tens painted during November will be available first via the soon to open online Winter 2022 edition of the Art Car Boot Fair. The fair opens online  at 6pm on Thursday December 1st and runs until December 4th. Catch all the latest Tens there, ten notes each, alongside a whole body of new work that I shall post here over the next few days (been a little too busy painting to think about posting about what I’ve been painting).
