An #ArtDrop left hanging by an East London railway arch, there to be taken should someone wish to do so. Someone just suggested (via social media, Twitter should you need to know), that I actually paint it on that beautiful wall. No, I only paint on ugly walls, walls violated by the clutter of life, advertising, posters, signage, not on beautiful living walls like that one, I just “drop” art on walls like that, well carefully hang it with lots of consideration and selection and that is a particularly beautiful wall…

Last year was about a piece of work in 365 parts called #365ArtDrops, this year it is an art drop here and one there when it feels right and good spot is indeed spotted (I usually have a piece ready in my bag). The documentation on the last year’s #365ArtDrops is still coming together, never enough time to make art let alone write about art already made, must get on with documenting last year’s 365 art drops…
Meanwhile just a Tuesday and a Wednesday to go before the Sometimes They Have Thorns show closes, thanks to all who have come along so far (especially Lola of London)
